Wonder Cave

Don't miss the Wonder Cave, a fascinating geological attraction within the reserve. At the wonder cave, they had a few school groups that booked quite a few slots but the amazing Rose, Monique and the gentleman i forgot is name but he did a great job they really put in a great effort and made it enjoyable. The cave is constantly 16 degrees Celsius throughout the entire year. Wear hiking shoes with good grip, because it is dark and slippery in there. It was just a wonderful day.

Was lovely to feed and pet a giraffe for the first time in my life. You have the option to feed the giraffe for R50, which is a cool experience.

The reserve also offers overnight accommodation for those who want to extend their stay. There are three restaurants to choose from.

The Neck & Deck restaurant is a popular choice, known for its great food and amazing views overlooking wild animals. The pizza is highly recommended. It’s a good place to go for a first-date, birthday celebration or just a simple Sunday family outing. The views are amazing (overlooking wild animals). The food was great and the atmosphere is great.

Accommodation

For those wishing to stay overnight, the reserve offers cabins in perfect condition. We stayed 2 nights in the cabin log with jacuzzi and we had a wonderful time. The chalet was not brand new but well equipped, clean and comfortable for us. The cabins are well-equipped, clean, and comfortable.
