Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal at michaelkors.global. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns of online orders must be returned within 30 days from the day on which you receive your delivery. Gifts can be returned by post, as outlined above.
Please note that we cannot offer an exchange and a refund will be processed against the original account in the same form of payment in which it was received, except for Cash on Delivery payments.

How to Return an Item
Securely pack your merchandise. You are responsible for properly packaging, labelling and shipping your product to us.
Please note that in the event that you choose another courier or shipping service to return your item rather than use the pre-paid returns label, except in the case of defective or nonconforming product, you will be liable for the cost of return, including any import duties or taxes that may be incurred by Michael Kors as a result of using such other carriers.
Refunds
Your return will be processed within maximum 14 days of receipt at our warehouse. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received, except for Cash on Delivery payments. For return items paid for via Cash on Delivery, a Customer Service representative will contact you to arrange a bank transfer or PayPal payment of the return amount.
