Location and Ambiance
Dinarobin Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa is set at the foot of the 556-meter high Le Morne Brabant mountain, surrounded by palm trees in 20 acres of tropical gardens. From Ile Aux Cerfs, the drive to Le Morne takes approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes, offering a scenic route through sugar cane plantations and past various mountains.
Accommodation
The resort features 172 suites. The Junior Suite offers a spacious and intimate setting with a private terrace that faces the sea, providing a beautiful view of the hotel’s tropical gardens and the swimming pool. The suites are situated in double-story houses in six crescent-shaped units, of which five have their own pool.
Crescents 2-6 have a pool, except for crescent number 1, which is nearby to the main pool. It is advisable to avoid getting a suite on crescent 3, as the view of the beach is obstructed by the restaurant in front.
For couples, Zen Suites are available in the crescent 6 area, offering a private pool and beach access, exclusively for adults. They offer a honeymoon package for those who are married validly one year from the wedding date. When booking for half board (breakfast & dinner included), you can be upgraded to full board (breakfast, lunch & dinner) if you avail the honeymoon package.

Facilities and Activities
With the neighboring Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa, guests have access to the restaurants and facilities of Beachcomber Paradis, as well as access to the golf course, tennis courts, a kitesurfing school, and extensive water sports activities. The main pool is gigantic with a stunning view of the ocean and the mountain.
However, it’s an old-style, and it needs a major renovation. Be careful, some tiles under the water are broken.
Dining Experience

In terms of dining, with a full board package, you can dine at six restaurants out of eight at both Dinarobin & Paradis. For dinner, a booking through the hotel concierge is required, except for the buffet restaurants. The evening dress code for men requires long pants/trousers and closed shoes.
Many guests find that Paradis Resort offers better restaurant options compared to Dinarobin Resort.
Spa
The SPA is a highlight of this resort, offering a serene environment for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Service Quality
While the location of the resort is unique with a breathtaking view of Le Morne Mountain, the service quality may not align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Some guests have noted that the service does not meet the standards expected for such a high-end establishment.
For instance, guests may need to take their own towels to the sunbed or for activities like snorkeling, with no towels and water being provided. Additionally, the absence of a valet upon arrival to assist with unloading luggage can be a drawback. If you are a guest of Dinarobin you can access both resorts, a 5-minute ride away. It’s like you went on a vacation to two different resorts at the same time.
