So after she married husband Marc Daly in June, many wondered if a baby would soon twirl into Kenya's life. "We both want to start a family, and soon - like, right away," Moore said at the time.
Addressing Pregnancy Rumors
Some rumors have certainly made RHOA fans curious if Kenya has any updates on her baby plans now that she's nearly six months into her marriage. Recent reports claimed that Kenya had undergone IVF treatments at a fertility center in Barbados and that she was even pregnant with her first child. Kenya addressed those reports when The Daily Dish caught up with her in New York on Monday.

TMZ reports that the reality star recently took a trip to the world-renowned Barbados Fertility Centre in the beautiful Caribbean country. Daly is set to join his wife Friday as she begins her IVF treatments.

In April, Moore announced that she and husband Marc Daly were expecting a baby. "We will definitely be welcoming a boy or girl in late this year," Moore said at the RHOA season 10 reunion. "Oh, my God, I said that!
The Road to Motherhood
Moore has been facing some criticism recently, with some saying that she was faking her pregnancy. She thanked people who congratulated her in the comments section of her post and even wrote back to some fans. She has previously been open about wanting children and in November 2017, the Bravo star was reportedly undergoing IVF treatments.
“Let’s just say that we definitely want to have a child. I’m not opposed to treatments, so I wouldn’t be ashamed of that,” the actress told Us Weekly in December after she was spotted at a fertility clinic in Barbados.
Challenges and Complications
On Oct. 27, Moore revealed that she had tested positive for preeclampsia - a pregnancy complication that caused her to gain “17 lbs. Preeclampsia typically develops suddenly in women who previously had normal blood pressure after the 20-week pregnancy mark, according to the Mayo Clinic. Left untreated, preeclampsia can have fatal consequences.
“This is NOT normal,” Moore wrote on Instagram. “Staying positive,” Moore added. “To my pregnant sisters please go to your visits and tell the doctor of any drastic changes.

“This is really just f*cking with him,” Moore told her producer Joye, in tears, of Daly. “He can’t even sleep, he’s not eating. He’s got ex-girlfriends sending him things about me from 25 years ago [about] some famous guy I dated. “They don’t know me and everybody said he fought his mother and everybody for me,” Moore continued. “This pressure is too much. It’s too much stuff going on.

ET on Sunday, Nov. 4, PEOPLE can exclusively report. The former Miss USA, who conceived through in vitro fertilization, gave birth via emergency cesarean section after revealing on Oct. 27 that she had tested positive for preeclampsia. The baby girl weighs 5 lbs.
“I’ve waited 47 years for this moment,” Moore told PEOPLE at the time. “I didn’t really want to announce it too soon because I feel it’s very early on in our pregnancy. But I have suffered so much in my life when it comes to wanting a family around me. So this is the day I’ve been waiting for my entire life.
