Fellow travelers say good things about the overall property condition. Loved the venue and hospitality was superb. Loved the property.
However, some guests have noted areas for improvement. For example, Restaurant and pool service was slow and poor, perhaps understaffed. No one let us know beforehand that there was going to be a planned power outage at the hotel for the day and no parking available near reception of the restaurants.
One guest mentioned being really disappointed with the breakfast, noting that staff seemed tired and moody. There was also feedback that the Cattle Baron restaurant is not up to the standard of the hotel, with steak being very good but beef ribs being terrible and staff not properly trained.
