A Group, Ekiti Peoples Democratic Party Progressives, EPDPP, has lashed former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, for saying that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is dead in the State. Economic Development

Through collaborations, credit facilities were made available to artisans, market women and traders. The impact of this empowerment is being felt in the grassroots.

Infrastructure and Development
The Ekiti governor has made a strong showing in infrastructure development in the last three years. The state has witnessed a massive construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of roads since 2022 bringing a new lease of life to the residents.
The construction of Ikole-Ara-Isinbode Road has offered motorists and commuters an alternative link road to Kogi, Federal Capital Territory and other northern states. More internal roads in Ado Ekiti like Bovas-Spotless Road, GRA (3rd Extension)-NTA Road, Ado-Ekiti, Ori Agere-Ijoka-Oke Age have provided opportunities for alternative roads within the city.
Oyebanji has meticulously worked on the Ekiti International Agro Cargo Airport lifting it from an average facility he met on ground to a world class aviation hub which has recently been granted approval by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to commence full commercial flight operations.
