The menu offers a delightful array of West African cuisine. Here are some of the dishes you might want to try:
- Jollof and Chicken: The Jollof, a West African rice dish, is super flavorful and topped with a delicious savory sauce. You can also get the sauce spicy. The chicken is grilled perfectly.
- Palm Stew with Beef: The meat is fall-off-the-bone tender and full of flavor. It is served with Jasmine rice.
- Peanut Butter Stew: A flavorful and satisfying stew that has been highly praised by diners.
- Beef Pastel: Very flavorful and comes with a sauce that some find nice and spicy.

All three dishes looked very similar in portion, so I recommend just getting the jollof and chicken since it is a few dollar cheaper. Since they forgot the dirty onions this time, they promised to throw it in for free next time.
A Little History
Since 2018, Les Délices de Awa has been a cherished part of the Madison community, initially operating as a caterer through our beloved food cart establishment. Despite the challenges brought by the 2020 pandemic, we remained committed to serving our community. While unable to open our doors as a local restaurant, we adapted by offering no-contact delivery services and catering from our kitchen on Badger Rd, alongside shelf-ready products available at local grocery stores.
Additional Information
Do note that it can take around 40 minutes for the food to come out, so it is recommended to order ahead if you are in a rush. Currently, there is no outdoor dining or delivery service available.
