Chad Michael Gibson
Chad Michael Gibson, also known as “Chad-O” or “The Beard”, made his final trek to the Field of Dreams on September 26, 2017. Chad was born Feb 4, 1984, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Greg Gibson and Vickie Perkins.
Chad’s family was his world. He was a devoted husband and a super fun dad. He passed that passion for baseball and video games on to his son, Chace.
An avid baseball fan, he took every opportunity to take his family to the ball park to enjoy a game and go autographing. Many would recognize his smiling face as the GameStop Manager.
Chad was a friend to everyone he met, did everything in his power to make someone’s day a little more special, and was fiercely loyal to those he loved. He will be severely missed by those who knew him.

Chad is survived by his wife Lacy (Hedinger), his son Chace, his grandmother Judy Abney, his parents Greg (Cathy) Gibson and Vickie (Dan) Perkins, sister Danielle Hendrix, father and mother-in-law John and Crystal Hedinger, and sister-in-law Bridget Hedinger and preceded in death by his grandfather Roy Abney.
Visitation was at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home on Friday, September 29 from 3-5 pm with Funeral Services starting at 5:00 pm with Rev.

Chad Nicholas Gibson
Chad Nicholas Gibson, 35 of Charleroi, passed away on Tuesday December 22, 2020 at his home. Chad was a decorated US Army veteran having been stationed in Germany from 2006-2009 and a tour in Iraq from 2007-2008.
He was self employed as a tattoo artist. In addition to his mother Donna he is also survived by his life partner Sarah Bourne of Charleroi, a son to be born in March of 2021, a son Sebastian Lee Richardson of Bentleyville, and 4 sisters; Ronny Sawyer of Donora, Michelle Anderson of Sarasota, FL, Brenna O’Hare of Belle Vernon and Cortney O’Hare of Charleroi.
Due to the latest Covid 19 state mandate, only 10 people were allowed in the funeral home at a time. Masks were required to enter the funeral home and remain on while in the funeral home. 825 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi.

Chad R. Gibson
Chad R. Gibson, 39, of Terre Haute, passed away Wednesday July 5, 2023. He was born July 19, 1983 in Vero Beach, Florida to Jack and Donna (Hancock) Gibson.
Chad is survived by his sons, Evan, Adam, Jacob, Logan, and Ryan; mother Donna Gibson; sisters, Chelsea Jones (Colt) and Emily Gibson; and special friends, Tammy, Sami, Ashley, and Rikki. He was preceded in death by his father.
Chad loved swimming and playing in the creek, the 4th of July, listening to music, and finding “hidden treasures”. He enjoyed adventure and he was always there to help a stranger in need.
A Celebration of Life was held Sunday, July 9, 2023 from 2:00 until 4:00 pm in the Seelyville Town Hall.
