This was my first time going to a place that only does mostly braid styles. i asked for a box braid bob type of style and brought in a picture, Both ladies that worked on my head at the same time did a good job, however, i found out that i have fine natural hair but its dense. so the braids in the back of my head started to simply slip right out after a week. I contacted one of the women who work there (i didn’t get her name but i think she may be the owner) she told me i could come back in and she would fix it for me for free! I went in and she gladly explained what went wrong (everyone doesn’t use the same techniques to braid certain grades of hair) and re braided what needed to be and even redid the front a little so it would appear neat (i did not ask for that but glad she did) BOTTOM LINE- they provided me with great service at the best prices in town and even with a small mishap, the customer service that was provided to me will definitely have me coming back as i am trying to do protective styles for the rest of the year. I have been getting non stop compliments on my hair (even when i had a few missing lol) and ive been passing out their cards.
