Many customers, like Cindy Wang, share their initial skepticism transforming into delight as they are introduced to the unique flavors of Ghanaian food. My husband and I felt very fortunate to find this place. And tried out African food. We were little skeptical when first walked in. But the lady owner was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. We love the food, very exotic and tasty. Certainly an unique experience to have
I ate this meal right after leaving the airport from Ghana. I was craving for something Ghanaian so my uncle took me to this place in Tremont and I was so much pleased with their service and meal. The lady and guys were very nice and I enjoyed every bit of my meal. I will surely be coming back to try more meals.
Must-Try Dishes
I tried Wakye, hearty dish of rice, beans, pasta, chicken, dry ground cassava (gari), a bit of sweet plantain, and two different sauces. The Wakye, a hearty dish of rice combined with beans and served with a side of sweet plantain and traditional shito sauce, stands as a testament to Adom's commitment to authenticity. One of the sauces tasted so good that I asked the waitress what it was. It turns out that it is a famous Ghanaian sauce called "shito". Shito sauce is very popular in Ghana and after tasting it you will know why.
Other dishes I have tried are the fufu, peanut sauce with chicken and chicken with jollof rice and vegetables. For those eager to explore further, dishes such as fufu, egusi, and okra soup provide a symphony of textures and flavors that transport you straight to West Africa. I had the peanut soup with fufu and goat it was so delicious!
