A Memorable Experience

The experience concludes with a lively celebration that leaves you with lasting memories of Ethiopia's rich cultural tapestry.

The Menu

Menu was big with lots of meat choices.

Here's a glimpse into some of the dishes you might encounter:

  • Injera: A spongy, slightly sour flatbread made from teff flour, serving as the base for many Ethiopian dishes.
  • Doro Wat: A rich and spicy chicken stew, often considered the national dish of Ethiopia.
  • Tibs: Sautéed meat, typically beef or lamb, cooked with onions, peppers, and spices.

Our guide Musse fetched us on time and brought us to Atmosphere, a house turned bar, gallery etc. he was most informative. We then proceeded to Yod Abyssinia the cultural place and dining. Musse explained the different music influences and beats. Loved the music. I only wish they would explain the songs and the dances.
