- Staff was not welcoming on arrival.
- It was full and our table was not reserved even though we made a booking on dineplan and that was disappointing.
- We had to wait 25mins outside on a bench and we were ignored by the waitress who told us to wait a bit as people had paid their bill and was about to leave but they didn’t.
- I had to follow up with them and another waiter assisted us.
- There were 3 different waiters alternating on serving us and it was disturbing.
- What’s worse after this bad service. The service fee is already included in the bill lol.
