If Kenya Moore has looked a little different lately, there’s a reason. The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star is looking extra refreshed these days and fans are wondering if she may have gone under the knife. On this season of the hit Bravo reality show, Kenya is seen dealing with her estranged husband Marc Daly, issues during the lockdown, and fighting her costar Porsha Williams. She also opened up about dealing with insecurities about her body image.

Confirmed Breast Reduction
The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member recently revealed that she made a major change to her body. On the April 11 episode of RHOA, the Georgia peach opened up about a surgery she’d recently undergone. As she gathered with Kandi Burruss, Marlo Hampton, Cynthia Bailey, and LaToya Ali, she asked the ladies if they’d noticed any changes.
“Hold on, hold on. How do my breasts look?” she asked her guests during cocktail hour, immediately revealing, “I got a breast reduction.” When asked if she is now happy with the size, Kenya admitted that it was taking some time to get used to her new results. “They are not the same. I like to be able to pull ‘em up, juggle ‘em, put ‘em in your face. Motorboat, you know what I’m saying,” Kenya said, which truly shocked Cynthia.

“Although I live on a lake, I had no idea what motorboating was,” Cynthia said in an interview during the episode. Kenya has long been open about her desire to undergo breast reduction surgery. She first shared that she was toying with the idea in June 2019, when she polled her Instagram followers for their opinion on whether she needed the procedure. In Season 12, viewers also saw her discuss the surgery with Kandi, who noted that she was wanting to change her bust size, as well.
“I want a reduction,” Kenya said at the time, also explaining that her doctor advised she hold off on altering her breasts “until all the milk dries up,” as she had recently given birth to her daughter, Brooklyn Daly.
Speculations on Other Cosmetic Procedures
The Blast spoke to several plastic surgeons to get their opinion on how Kenya keeps her face looking right and tight. None of them have worked with Kenya personally.
Cosmetic Injectables
Celebrity Cosmetic Injector/Physician Assistant, Heather Rohrer tells The Blast, "At almost 50 years old, Kenya Moore is age-defying with a little help of cosmetic injectables. Botox appears to be her go-to. Her forehead and around her eyes are flawless, with no wrinkles. She also appears to have been refreshed and lifted with a hyaluronic filler such as Juvederm Voluma in the cheeks. Her smiles lines are less prominent too. Juvederm Vollure into her smile lines would give her that natural youthful appearance she is sporting at this moment."

Dr. Worldwide aka Frank Agullo tells us, "No question that there’s been constant speculation about Kenya’s beauty enhancement through plastic surgery. Kenya is proof that anti-aging techniques and procedures in the right hands go a long way in looking our best." He added, "She most probably has had a nose job in the past since her nose is noticeably slimmer, refined, and more delicate. In my opinion, she has had a full facial rejuvenation, most probably with skin tightening radio frequency techniques, which also increase collagen production, helping to plump up skin."
Dr. Agullo ended, "Botox to masseter muscles and jawline contouring with fillers have possibly been used to give her overall slimmer facial features."
Eyebrow Lift and Jawline Contouring
Pam Agullo, MD had her own opinion about what Kenya may or may not have done to achieve her ageless beauty. She tells The Blast, "We all agree that a good selfie is all about the angle and lighting, however Kenya is looking absolutely radiant lately. In my opinion, she’s not only perfected her selfie technique but has also had several treatments that have her looking her best."
Pam believes, "Her nose looks significantly slimmer with a refined tip, looks like she had a rhinoplasty. Her eyes look refreshed with perfectly defined eyebrows, which seem to have gotten a good lift, probably with neurotoxin and/or threads. Her jawline seems somewhat more contoured, something easily attained with fillers.

It’s the end of the road for Kenya Moore. After more than a decade on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kenya-a former Miss USA who joined in Season 5-was fired from the Bravo show in the episode that aired on April 6, 2025, after an incident with her cast member, Brittany Eady, that other cast mate claimed went way “too far.” As if the moment wasn’t bad enough, not everything was shown in the episode, as seen in a leaked audio clip that gave more context to the story.
The moment started when Kenya gave a speech at her event where she accused Brit, who had already left the party, of using her for a “moment,” saying, “I’m gonna pay you dust.” Kenya then unveiled a poster board with the words “Who Is This Ho?” at the top. Underneath were blurred images of Brit allegedly pre- and post-plastic surgery, which were acquired by a private investigator.
Kenya then showed another poster board with more blurred images of Brit performing oral sex, according to the other cast members, who accused Kenya of going “too far.” Kenya’s stunt came after Brit threatened her with a gun in the previous episode, Season 16, Episode 4, “The Vault,” in which Brit claimed to have had a “pistol” on her after an argument with Kenya.
As for what else Kenya did to Brit, one moment not shown on The Real Housewives of Atlanta was Kenya accusing Brit of being an escort, which was revealed in a leaked audio clip in June 2024. “You a paid hoe. After she was fired from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kenya apologized to Brit in an interview on Tamron Hall in November 2024 in which she took “full accountability” for the photos she showed. “Hindsight is always fifty, fifty,” she said, adding that she was “sorry” for what she did. “If I could do it all over again, I believe the photos were very distasteful, and I elevated the situation.
She went on, “But when I felt threatened, I’ve never had a child in a situation like this before. Kenya also confirmed that she’d “had some conversations” with Andy Cohen, whom she described as a “great support system” throughout her ordeal. “He has called, he has checked on me, he has given me advice.
