Located near Gate of the World, this Selfie Spot is where many of our events and activations are celebrated.
This season, we’re thrilled to introduce three new pavilions: Jordan Pavilion, Iraq Pavilion, and Sri Lanka & Bangladesh Pavilion. Immerse yourself in bustling bazaars, savor authentic delicacies, and marvel at the incredible artistry and talent from around the globe. Visiting Global Village is the equivalent of setting out on a cultural journey throughout the world by way of one place. Pavilions of different countries are represented with their own unique experiences for visitors to explore a variety of traditions, crafts and cuisine.
Global Village started out in the form of a number of kiosks in January 1997 located on the Creek Side opposite to Dubai Municipality. It then later shifted to the Oud Metha Area near Wafi City for 5 years. There are four main sections in the Village. These sections consist of events and concerts, carnivals, food, and shopping. The food aisle will have food from all over the world.

- UAE Pavilion - Experience Emirati Heritage
The UAE Pavilion is an entrance to the magnificent cultural heritage of the United Arab Emirates. One can experience Emirati crafts including weaving of the local basket, handpainted pottery and can sip luqaimat and Arabic coffee.
- India Pavilion - A Burst of Colors and Flavors
The India Pavilion warms with vibrant colours, delicate fabric and scents of spices. There are large collections of embroided textiles, handcrafted jewelry and ornaments. Indian street food is available in delicious array of chaats, curries, and the ever popular sweet treat jalebi from the food stalls.
- Turkey Pavilion - The Magic of the Ottoman Era
Visitors are transported to grandeur of the Ottoman Empire on a trip to the Turkey Pavilion. Such as exquisite handmade ceramics, ornate lamps and authentic Turkish carpets are the tops finds. The Turkish delights and aromatic teas are also famous from the pavilion. The Turkish ice cream is a must try; it is played; the vendors entertain the guests with their skillful serving tricks.
- The Shame and Egypt Pavilion - Step Back in Time
At the Egypt Pavilion, visitors are immersed into the history where the real Egyptian artifacts and arts come to life. In addition to culture and food, the pavilion also offers Egyptian street food like koshari and grilled kebabs.

Stepping into the Morocco Pavilion is stepping into a bustling souk in Marrakech itself. It has a traditional Moroccan tiles and lanterns adorning the pavilion. Authentic argan oil, leather goods, handwoven rugs, and mint tea can be shopped, with the enchanting smell of mint tea being enjoyed in the process by visitors. Food enthusiasts should not skip the famous Moroccan tagine.
- Pakistan Pavilion - A Blend of Tradition and Art
It is a haven for those who enjoy intricate craftsmanship and traditional artistry, and the Pakistan Pavilion is one of them. There are all kinds of authentic products from hand embroidered fascinating fabrics to beautifully crafted wooden furniture as well in the pavilion. Pakistani delicacies like seekh kebabs and chicken karahi can be indulged in and live performances of Pakistani folk music and dance can be enjoyed by the visitors.

Artistic, the country is noted for intricate wooden carvings, luxurious Damask fabrics, as well as traditional mosaic furniture. In addition to a variety of Syrian sweets, such as baklava and kunafa, the pavilion also provides a delightful selection of Syrian sweets.

- Yemen Pavilion - A Hidden Gem
The Yemen Pavilion is a museum of unique cultural artifacts. The pavilion is famous for its high quality honey and visitors can taste and purchase authentic Yemeni honey that is renowned for its medicinal properties. There is handcrafted silver jewelry, tribal daggers and beautifully embroidered fabrics that make for the charm. Mandi or slow cooked Yemeni Mandi, rice and meat dish must try.

Dubai Global Village has one of the largest capacity parking in Dubai with a total capacity of 18300 vehicles.The parking is divided into two main categories. One is general parking which is free of cost while the other is paid parking known as VIP Parking. There is valet parking available as well.

It has different pavilions to showcase the culture and traditions of each country across the Globe. It is also a festive carnival where different restaurants and places are located too.

Global Village was initially a small site along the Dubai Creek with small kiosks representing different countries. The 23rd session of Dubai Global village started on 30 October 2018. This season remained open until 13 April 2019. Over 90 countries and 27 pavilion are established in this season.
This was the 25th anniversary, or silver jubilee, of the park, and in keeping with the theme, the new season of Global Village launched on 25 October and ran for 25 weeks, concluding on 18 April 2021. Another change for this season was that the opening hours on Saturday have been extended. The park was open from 2 pm until 11 pm (it was previously open from 4 pm until midnight).
