Celebrating Black History Through Cuisine

February is Black History Month, and supporting Black-owned businesses like Fatu’s African Market is a meaningful way to celebrate. While Sioux Falls' Black population is about 6%, the city's diversity is growing with nearly half of its student population being a minority.
