Service Restrictions

As of Monday, October 6, 2025, due to local regulatory requirements in Russia, a 24-hour service restriction is applied to data and SMS usage for all roaming subscribers entering Russia. During this time, connect to Wi-Fi for data usage. The restriction begins automatically when subscribers first register on a Russian network and remains in place for 24 hours.
