Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Board, you will set the strategic direction, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and assemble a team of top-performing professionals to foster sustainable growth and innovation. You will:

Craft and implement the bank's vision, mission, and strategy, aligned with the parent organization's goals to provide strategic leadership.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a dynamic leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence to drive team development.
Ensure all operations comply with local and international financial regulations to maintain regulatory compliance.
Develop strong relationships with private and public sector stakeholders, identifying opportunities for tailored financial solutions to enhance business development.
Manage the bank's financial health, focusing on profitability, risk management, and sustainable growth to ensure effective financial oversight.
Represent the institution with regulators, investors, and key partners to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Drive the introduction of cutting-edge financial products and services to meet market demands and promote innovation.

Experience and Skills

With at least 12 years of experience in senior leadership roles within banking or financial services, you have a solid background in investment banking or capital markets. Your expertise includes comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and the banking sector, particularly in emerging markets. Known for exceptional leadership and team management, you have a proven track record of driving business success. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills set you apart.
