On July 9th, 2023, Chad Michael Nessler unexpectedly passed away. He was the beloved fiancé of Theresa Tice, son of Mike & Kim Nessler, and brother of Rachel (Allen) Sadowski. Chad was a bright light in this world and will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.
If you knew Chad you knew how humorous, giving, and friendly he was. He was a great friend to many and always took part in giving back to those in need.

Many people are willing to provide Donations as the funds they contribute to the Platform to accept Donations from Donors. Donors should assess the truthfulness or legality of any Campaign to the extent they feel is necessary before making a Contribution and at the sole discretion and risk of Donors. Company does not charge Campaign Organizers any upfront fees for Campaigns.

However, contributed to Campaigns in the amount of four percent (4%) ("FrontRunner Professional Fee") and party payment processors ("Processing Fee") is deducted, which Campaign Organizers can withdraw from the Campaign.
All information about you is governed by our Privacy Policy. When using the donation platform, the user agrees to identify yourself as prompted by the Services' registration form, including their name and any image purporting to depict the Campaign Organizer. The user also agrees to allow information to be provided to the Campaign beneficiary(ies) by selecting the appropriate checkbox during the Donation process and authorizing its credit card (i.e., VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or other payment method.

Company is not a financial institution, creditor or insurer for any user and is not a party to any agreement between Campaign Organizers and Donors.
Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the services or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the services or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, including, but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Company reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time for any reason, with notification of changes made at least fourteen (14) days before the change is to take effect.
