Early Life and Education
Chad was born in Kansas City, MO, and has resided in the Kansas City metropolitan area his entire life. Raised by a single mother, she put an emphasis on education in their household. A product of public schools, Chad understands the importance of a quality education. After graduating high school, Chad attended Longview Community College and obtained his associate degree. During the recent pandemic Chad went back to school to earn his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Columbia College.
Growing up Chad was fascinated by the banking industry, personal credit, and finance. He made the decision to move to Kansas to further his career in the financial services industry in 2013. When he began the process to purchase his first home, he was drawn to Olathe due to its remarkable reputation, school system, and quality of life.
Community Involvement
Chad understands the meaning of hard work, during his teenage years he worked for a local fireworks company for eight Summers. He has never shied away from being of service to his community, as shown by his volunteering for local organizations such as Kansas City Scholars, Friends of JCDS, and Prep-KC. He was recently appointed to be on the steering committee for Olathe's comprehensive plan. Chad has resided in Johnson County since 2013, with his wife Ashlee, and their blended family of three children.

Candidacy for Olathe City Council
Today I officially filed to be a candidate for Olathe City Council, Ward 1. He plans to take an innovative approach to lead Olathe into the future, with a focus on economic growth, affordable housing, safety, and service.
