- 2022: Acquired 9% of Montify, a B2B cross-border platform with an AEMI (authorised Electronic Money Institution) license and infrastructure to handle millions in payments annually.
- 2023: Launched Ceviant's payment gateway, simplifying online payments. Obtained PSSP and Finance House Licenses from CBN.
