If you’re arriving late in Agadir, consider booking a hotel for the night and continue your trip to Marrakech the next morning. For budget-conscious travelers, spending the night in Inezgane, which is the main transit hub, can be a convenient choice. You can take buses 37 or 371 from the airport to Inezgane and stay overnight in one of the affordable accommodations near the bus station. A private transfer offers the most comfortable and fastest way to travel from Agadir to Marrakech, especially in the evening. Keep in mind that many riads in the Medina of Marrakech may not be car-accessible.

Although there is so much to do in Marrakesh, it can be a stifling and overwhelming city. ⌚ In a rush? Without a doubt, the best thing to do in Agadir is to visit its beautiful beach! Considered to be one the best beaches in Morocco, Agadir Beach stretches for 10 kilometres and consists of gorgeous golden sands. It is the ideal beach for those who want to sunbathe and soak up the rays for an afternoon or more. I visited Agadir Beach several times during my stay there and loved it! I was there during the Christmas holidays and enjoyed temperatures ranging from 20 to 28 degrees Celsius.
Just a short 10-15 minute taxi ride away from the main beach resort area, Souk El Had is the largest souk market in all of Morocco and is, quite frankly, unmissable. I visited Souk El Had on Christmas Day and loved my time there! The stall owners are very nice and friendly and the market is very safe.
If you’re more interested in historical sites, then a visit to the Kasbah of Agadir (which goes by the name of ‘Oufella’) is a must when visiting Agadir.

So how exactly can you get to Agadir from Marrakesh? However, the bus ride is the slowest option available, taking anywhere from 2 to 5 hours.
If you want a more stress-free option, then I recommend booking a private transfer in advance. It’s worth noting that this might not be possible if you’re you’re staying in the Medina in Marrakesh. Although this sounds like a great option, a private transfer is expensive - expect to pay between £100-£200 or more depending on the size of your group. Of course, you can choose to hire a car for your Moroccan adventure, and it is relatively safe to do so. And finally, you can decide to choose a taxi to travel from Marrakesh to Agadir. You may be able to get a cheaper price by going via a shared taxi with strangers.
