The staff were the friendliest we’ve ever encountered, always greeting us warmly and helping in any way they could. The staff is super nice. The staff go 1000% out of their way to keep you happy.
The staff were exceptional and really made our stay special. From the lovely greeting from Frieda on arrival to Cynthia with the best smile you’ll see, to Susan who was a breakfast savior to Oscar who makes the best Nann bread and the hard-working energy of Lewis who all made our trip so special.
The thing this hotel makes exceptional is their wonderful staff and there efforts to make you feel at home. Always friendly, happy and trying to make your day better. From the hot water bottles in your bed placed during dinner, to helping you with whatever you need or a happy talk nothing is unpossible.
The Kenyan hospitality and the personalized service they offer makes this a memorable experience and one that you will cherish for a long time.
