In July 2018, nearly one year after the building was completed, Britam, the skyscraper's owner-developer, began letting the building to prospective tenants. It has a unique prismatic shape that tapers from a square base to a narrower top. The building utilizes various sustainability features like renewable energy turbines, efficient lighting and water recycling to reduce its environmental impact.
