Rooms

The rooms are generally spacious, and many offer beautiful views. Some rooms have new furniture and updated amenities, while others are older. Guests have noted that the rooms on the second line tend to be larger with big balconies and bathrooms. Good cosmetics are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and soap.

Some rooms include both a bathtub and a shower. A drying rack for clothes is available in the bathroom, along with a button to heat the mirror so it doesn't fog up. The hotel provides bathrobes and slippers upon request.

Location

The resort is located near SOHO Square, offering easy access to shopping and entertainment. Some guests have noted that the second line is quite a distance from the sea, but a bus runs every half hour for transportation. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the airport.

Dining

The food is generally considered tasty, though variety may be less than in some Turkish resorts. There seem to be both beef and chicken. For dinner there are lamb, beef, chicken, quail, vegetables, greens, fruits, and desserts.

Unpleasant sausage and hot dogs, and there are no nuggets for the kids. The wine can be tried. In the bar, a drink is $4, a full one is $8. It's better to bring your own.

The food is good, diverse, we always left full (fruits include apples, grapes, melon, oranges, bananas), the beer is also good (no one got sick in the hotel). The only downside is that the food at the bar starts at 13:00, just like lunch.

The resort features two restaurants. The cafeteria on the first line is more pleasant than on the second, at least there are fewer people, it's cleaner and quieter.

However, some guests have noted issues with the restaurant on the first line being closed or overcrowded. It was unpleasant that I specifically asked - will you pick me up at 17:45? The driver swore, but no one showed up. That's it. This is briefly.

The entrance to the sea is a little sandy, and further on only from the pontoon. Many corals and fish.

Service

The service is generally excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. Daily housekeeping is provided, and towels are changed when placed on the floor. Some guests have reported issues with the shuttle service to the beach not running on schedule.

Things to Do

Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor pools. There are always free spots on the beach, even on the one closer to the bar. You can swim to the left of the hotel; there are also reefs with fish there.

The reef is nice, I saw both a rays and an eel and a parrotfish and schools of fish.

There are warm pools, one on each line, bars are open, and there is music.

Snorkeling Koh Tao: Shark Bay

Children’s animation is like everywhere. The staff is friendly. Thank you to the hotel, we will return again.

Evening entertainment includes belly dances, Mr. and Miss Hotel contests, mini discos, and white parties. During the day, there are Zumba and workouts on the beach.

Potential Downsides

Some guests have reported that renovations can be noisy on the first line during the day. The shuttle between the lines could run more often than once every 30 minutes. The local strong drinks are quite local, better not to consume.
