  • Two Passport Photographs.
  • A $150 United States Post Service (USPS) Money Order.
  • Copy of the Applicants Flight Ticket to Nigeria.
  • A Police Report.
  • Applicant's Birth Certificate and copies of Nigerian Passport Data Pages of Parent(s).
  • Consent Letter signed by both Parents.
  • A self-addressed pre-paid USPS Return Envelope.

Important Considerations

Applicants or parents applying for an ETC are advised to only book but not purchase flight ticket before applying for an ETC. Once you have submitted all required documents, stay in touch with the Embassy for results. ETC may only be issued if the Nigeria Temporary Passport service is not yet available via the Nigerian Mission in your country of domicile.
