Charles Stephen "Chad" Paine III, born on April 18, 1987, is the son of Charles Paine, Jr. and Tammy Paine. Chad grew up in northern Indiana in a large family and developed a love for farm work, including raising goats and chickens and driving the tractor. He graduated from a private College with an Associates in Youth Ministry. Chad is a proud father to 4 children, and every evening you can find him giving the kids wild piggy-back rides, breathtaking pushes on the swing , and telling the most exciting Bible stories. He is constantly investing into his family, and there is no job at home that he isn’t willing to do.
Chad met Erin Bates at an IBLP Valentine's Banquet on February 11, 2011. On November 2, 2013, Chad married Erin Elise Bates at Clear Springs Baptist Church in Corryton, Tennessee. The wedding was attended by nearly 1,000 guests. For their honeymoon, Chad and Erin spent the first few days at a cabin called "Moonlight and Roses" in the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Family Life and Children
Soon after getting married, Chad and Erin learned they were expecting, with a due date in October 2014. On May 14, 2015, the couple welcomed son, Charles "Carson" Stephen IV in Knoxville, Tennessee. On August 6, 2016, the couple welcomed their second child, Brooklyn Elise. On March 30, 2018, the couple welcomed their daughter, Everly Hope at Tennova Physicians Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. On November 26, 2019, the couple welcomed their daughter, Holland Grace. On January 18, 2022, they welcomed Finley Marie. On October 30, 2023, they welcomed William Gage Paine at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando, Florida, however, William was transferred to the NICU, due to being born prematurely. On August 25, 2025, they welcomed Henry Blythe Paine at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando, Florida.
On April 25, 2025, Chad and Erin announced that they are expecting their seventh child, due in Summer. On May 31, 2025, they released a gender reveal to YouTube revealing the baby to be a boy. On June 21, 2025, in a YouTube Q&A, it was announced that he will be named Henry Blythe Paine.

Recent Move and Current Residence
Erin and Chad Paine announced in September that they would be moving out of their rental home in Florida. In honor of New Year's they have just shared the details of their next step. They thought they might be moving back to Tennessee, but God closed that door, so they are staying in Florida--at least for the time being. The Paines' new rental home is in a subdivision, which will be a big adjustment for all of them.

Chad Paine's Career
At an early age he grew to love working on the farm, raising goats and chickens, and driving the tractor. Chad started Paine Construction in 2017, and stays quite busy working full time, and making people’s dreams come to life. He is probably the most diligent person you will ever meet, and he credits his dad for his strong work ethic. Over the years he has really enjoyed working with his hands, refinishing furniture, remodeling, and building projects.

Chad begin attending a private college at some point before 2009. On March 14, 2010, Chad began working for the Institute in Basic Life Principles. He began by working at the Northwoods Conference Center in Watersmeet, Michigan. Chad worked for the IBLP in a number of locations. in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Chad is currently the owner and operator of Paine Construction, in DeLand, Florida. In 2017, he started this business in Knoxville, Tennessee.
