Chad Newman Obituary

This article commemorates the lives of three individuals named Chad Newman, each leaving behind cherished memories and unique legacies.

Chad William Newman (1972-2022)

Chad William Newman, age 49, passed away on May 1st, 2022, in Rhome, TX. Chad was born on October 17, 1972, in Aurora, Nebraska to John William Edward Newman Jr. and Katherine Elizabeth Knox. He was also part native American from the Chickamauga -Cherokee nation. From 1992 - 1996 he was part of the Army, stationed at Fort Benning, GA. Where he was a part of the Charlie 4th and 30th Infantry, 2nd platoon.

During his life Chad was a hard-working man that showed his hard work by being a Peterbilt assembly specialist. Chad’s hobbies included RC cars, rockets, loved to hunt and fish, play games, loved to eat spicy foods, fast exotic cars and muscle cars. He was also a die-hard chevy fan and if you ever asked him what his favorite food was, he would have said it was anything his wife cooked. He also loved his wife and kids fiercely.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Kristal Newman; daughters, Racheal Masterson and Ashlyn Newman; son in law, Tyler Masterson; grandchildren, Braydin Newman and Emerson Masterson; brother, Shawn Newman and wife Monique Newman; nieces and nephews, Brooklyn Newman, Emmelyn Newman, Samantha Jolliff and Colton Pilon; grandparents, Bill Knox, Virginia Taylor, and John Taylor.

Chad will be remembered for being hard-working, hilarious, cheerful, big hearted, having boundless energy, saying colorful phrases. He will be missed dearly, rest in peace.

Quincy “Chad” Newman (1975-2025)

Quincy “Chad” Newman, 49, of Rentz, Georgia, passed away at his home on August 4, 2025. Born in Dublin, Georgia, on October 14, 1975, Chad spent much of his life in the area. He retired from Warner Robins Air Force Base after years of steady work, and while he wasn’t one to make a fuss about things, he was proud of what he’d built.

Chad was a big fan of NASCAR and Tennessee Volunteer football. He liked what he liked and didn’t pretend otherwise. You always knew where you stood with him - and he could be counted on when it mattered.

He is survived by his loving parents, Janet & Keith Roberson and Quincy & Faye Newman; his children, Cody (Cheyanne) Newman, Harley Chalker, and Lance Newman; and his grandchildren, Daxston Newman, Kadence Newman, and Saylor James Chalker. He also leaves behind his uncle and close friend Flute Newman, along with stepsiblings, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.

Chad wasn’t big on ceremony, but he will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

A memorial service will be held at Baker Baptist Church on Thursday, August 7th, 2025, at 6PM. The family will be receiving visitors at the church from 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM.

Michael T. Michael (1952-Present)

Michael T. Michael was born in Pontiac, Michigan on November 26, 1952 to Charles and Joyce (Rogers) Newman. He worked for BFI Landfill, then for Waste Management. He later worked for Manpower. He loved camping in the U.P.

Michael is survived by his wife Juanita Newman; his children: Eric (Sommer) Newman, Jason (Chad) Pankey, and Elizabeth (William) Boright; his sister Debbie (Steve) Laucks; his brother Charles (Carolynn) Newman; his grandchildren: Noah Boright, Miles Boright, Lailah Boright, Taiylor Newman, Ian Neveu, Shianne Newman, Mikayla Newman, Austin Newman, Iyzella Carrick, and Duncan McClelland; and his great-grandchildren: Savanah, Serenity, Saniyah, Rylee, Justin, Kimberly, Charlotte, Charles, Dimitri, Zoey, and Peyton.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place.
