Chad Russell Lundquist (1981-2020)

Chad Russell Lundquist, age 38, died suddenly of cardiac arrest, Sunday, August 23, 2020 at his home in Logandale, Nevada. He was born November 1, 1981 in Orem, Utah to Ivan Timothy and Jo Rappleye Timothy. He was raised by his adopted father, Daniel Tama Lundquist and later raised by his mother and stepfather Fernando Delgado in the Utah Valley.

Chad grew up in the Utah Valley, playing high school sports and graduating from Pleasant Grove High School. On October 4, 2008 he married Britney Jean Chappell in St. George, Utah.

After his marriage to Britney, they made their home in Moapa Valley, Nevada where he worked as a district manager of Love’s Travel Stop Corporation. He attended the University of Phoenix, as he was still working on his Bachelor’s Degree.

He loved following sports, especially the San Francisco 49ers. He enjoyed cooking and traveling.

Family

Survivors include his sweetheart, Britney; two daughters and one son, Kembrie, Kylee and Taysen all of Logandale, NV; mother, Jo Delgado of Pleasant Grove, UT; stepfather, Fernando Delgado of Provo, Utah; Britney's parents, Gregg and Paula Chappell of Logandale, NV; Britney's siblings, Brockton (Heather) Chappell of Logandale, NV; Jordan (Randy) Rhodes of West Jordan, UT; Parker (Kaylee) Chappell or Las Vegas, NV; four brothers and one sister: Nat Delgado of SLC, UT; Candace (Cody) of Jasper, AL; Jesse (Melissa) Lundquist of Pleasant Grove, UT; Marco Delgado of Provo, UT and Nick Delgado of Orem, UT.

Funeral services were held at the Moapa Valley Mortuary, 5090 N. Moapa Valley Blvd., Logandale, Nevada.

Chad Lundquist (1966-2023)

Chad Lundquist, age 56, of Elk River, passed away on May 15, 2023. He proudly owned and operated Riverview Sports & Marine in Elk River. A devoted husband to Molly and loving father to Mckenzie, Avery, & Addison. Chad was a man whose core values were centered around family and doing for others.

Chad's favorite moments were of family time spent together, especially holidays, the annual trip to Lake Winnie, and endless adventures as "The Hunting Shack".

Family

Chad is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Molly; daughters, Mckenzie, Avery, and Addison; parents, Lester and Caryn Lundquist; siblings, Traci (Steve) Grussing, Eric (Jana) Lundquist, and Jennifer (John) Stone; Molly's parents, Jerry and Connie Wersinger; beloved 4-legged companion, Gunner; numerous nephews, nieces, other family and many friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lowell and Lucille Hultgren & Eldred and LeVerne Lundquist; baby brother, Troy; niece, Alexandra Grussing.

Funeral service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Elk River Lutheran Church, 729 Main St NW, Elk River, with visitation starting at Noon. Interment Orono Cemetery in Elk River.
