NFL hiring season is in full swing, with coaches and personnel staff changing teams across the league.
Another Giants assistant coach is heading to college: Sean Spencer is headed to Duke.
The Athletic's Matt Fortuna reports Chad Klunder will be the chief of staff under new Blue Devils coach Mike Elko, whom Klunder had worked with at Notre Dame. He wants to help the Giants keep the pipeline open.

Klunder's Background
Chad Klunder is in his 15th year at Notre Dame in 2017 and fifth as associate athletics director for football operations.
A former graduate assistant coach at Notre Dame in 2003-04, Klunder worked with the Irish offense for two seasons.
He previously served as running backs coach and coordinator of football operations at Harvard (1998-2002). During his tenure at Harvard, his running backs led the Ivy League in rushing on three occasions.
He coached three all-Ivy League players, including Chris Menick, Harvard’s all-time leading rusher.

Klunder also served as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Minnesota - and worked as a graduate assistant football coach at St.
Klunder received a degree in sports management from Wartburg in 1995 and has done master’s degree coursework at St.
Klunder is married to the former Lisa Malin, who is executive director of the Kelly Cares Foundation.

Changes Across the NFL
Nine teams will have a new head coach for 2022, and five teams will have a new general manager.
The Giants, who fired Joe Judge on Jan. 11, made the first GM hire of the cycle in Joe Schoen, then hired Brian Daboll as head coach.
Among the other changes around the league, the Bears replaced coach Matt Nagy and GM Ryan Pace with Matt Eberflus and Ryan Poles, respectively.
The Broncos hired Nathaniel Hackett to replace Vic Fangio.
The Dolphins on Sunday agreed to terms with Mike McDaniel to replace Flores.
The Jaguars interviewed more than a dozen candidates to replace Urban Meyer before settling on former Eagles coach Doug Pederson.
The Raiders fired GM Mike Mayock and did not retain interim coach Rich Bisaccia, bringing in the former Patriots duo of Dave Ziegler and Josh McDaniels.
Saints head coach Sean Payton stepped down after 16 years in New Orleans, and he was replaced Monday by his defensive coordinator, Dennis Allen.
The Texans fired David Culley on Jan. 13 after just one season in charge and promoted Lovie Smith to the head coach job.
The Vikings fired coach Mike Zimmer and GM Rick Spielman and hired Kwesi Adofo-Mensah to replace Spielman.
The Steelers are the only team still searching for a general manager, as Kevin Colbert is stepping down after the draft. ESPN commentator Louis Riddick has been linked to the job.
Giants Hoping for Change
After the so-called "retirement" of his general manager on Monday and after firing head coach Joe Judge on Tuesday, New York Giants co-owner John Mara said Wednesday that this is the low point of his many years with the team.
