Education and Training
Dr. Gardner Wade earned both his BS and his DDS degrees from Louisiana State University. Upon graduation, he moved to Brooklyn, NY, where he completed a general practice residency at Woodhull Hospital. In 2013, he graduated from the Kois Center, an advanced continuing education center for dentists who value rigorous education and continued professional improvement.
Philosophy and Approach
Having spent the majority of his life in Baton Rouge, he knew he would eventually return to open his own practice. In 2007, he did just that, and has been serving the Baton Rouge community since.
What to Expect During Your First Visit
When you first walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by our comfortable environment and our friendly office staff. You’ll be invited to sit down and relax as you fill out any new patient forms prior to your appointment. Once those are complete and your hygienist is ready for you, we’ll invite you back into one of our operatories.

You’ll receive a cleaning, comprehensive exam, x-rays, and Dr. Gardner Wade will sit down with you to discuss the results. If everything looks good, you’ll be able to schedule your next appointment in the front office. If anything needs extra attention, your doctor will explain the results and take time to address any questions or concerns you might have, and he will describe any further treatment recommendations.
In order to streamline your check-in process, we ask that you please bring your ID, insurance information, and any new patient forms you’ve filled out beforehand.
