Aiysha Kenya Smith (born July 18, 1980) is a former professional basketball player. She played for the Washington Mystics of the WNBA.
At Tyler Junior College, Smith was a member of the Kodak All-America First Team (2001) and NCJCAA All-America (2001).
St. Smith is married to former NFL defensive end Marcus Spears. The couple have three children: Macaria Reagan Spears (born 2007), Marcus Rayshon Spears, Jr.

LSU Career
Senior Season (2002-03)
Aiysha played and started all 34 games and started all 64 games in her LSU career. The Associated Press named her third-team All-SEC, and the coaches gave her honorable mention All-SEC.

Junior Season (2001-02)
Aiysha was one of two players to start and play in all 30 games. She was a first-team Coaches All-SEC selection and an honorable mention AP All-SEC selection. For Feb. 18, she was named the SEC and LSWA Player of the Week. She recorded double-figures scoring in 27 consecutive games, the fourth longest streak in LSU history. Aiysha led the team and was eighth in the SEC in scoring. Her 17.9 points per SEC game was fourth in the conference. She led the team in rebounding and was fourth in the SEC. Her 9.1 rebounds per SEC game was third in the conference. Also, she led the team in steals, blocked shots and FG percentage. Aiysha led the team in scoring in 12 games, rebounding in 11 games and steals in 12 contests. She recorded nine double-doubles, which ranked fourth in the SEC (vs. Virginia Tech, Louisiana-Lafayette, Mississippi, Arkansas, Auburn, South Carolina, Alabama, Kentucky and Santa Clara). She recorded her career-high 17 rebounds vs. Arkansas, the most rebounds by a Lady Tiger in game since Nov.
ST. JOHN’S (1999-00)
Aiysha played in 29 games and started 25. She averaged 9.5 points and 7.1 rebounds a game. She led the team in blocked shots (23), accounting for over one-third of the team’s 64 total blocks. As a freshman, she ranked seventh in rebounding, 10th in blocked shots and 13th in free throw percentage in the Big East Conference. She was the team’s leading rebounder (7.1 rpg), with an average of more than three blocks more than the second best rebounder on the team.
